1.1空氣質量檢測

檢測(ce)空氣(qi)樣品34份,合格29份,合格率85.3%,其中(zhong)細菌總(zong)數超標5份,可吸入顆(ke)粒(li)超標1份,其他項(xiang)目合格。

1.2茶(cha)具和公共(gong)用品檢(jian)測

檢測茶具樣品102份,合格率(lv)100%;公共用具樣品136份,合格率(lv)100%。

1.3冷卻水和(he)冷凝水檢測

檢(jian)(jian)測集中(zhong)空(kong)調冷卻水33份(fen)(fen)樣品,檢(jian)(jian)出LP1型嗜(shi)肺(fei)軍團(tuan)菌(jun)4份(fen)(fen),合(he)格(ge)率87.9%;檢(jian)(jian)測冷凝水9份(fen)(fen)樣品,未(wei)檢(jian)(jian)出嗜(shi)肺(fei)軍團(tuan)菌(jun),合(he)格(ge)率100%。

1.4飲用水檢測

檢測123份水樣,合格(ge)(ge)117份,合格(ge)(ge)率(lv)95.1%。其中末梢水26份合格(ge)(ge)25份,合格(ge)(ge)率(lv)96.1%,不(bu)合格(ge)(ge)項為(wei)細菌總數(shu);二(er)次供水50份合格(ge)(ge)48份,合格(ge)(ge)率(lv)96.0%,不(bu)合格(ge)(ge)項為(wei)鐵;過濾水47份合格(ge)(ge)44份,合格(ge)(ge)率(lv)93.6%。不(bu)合格(ge)(ge)項有鐵、鉛、鋁、耗氧量(liang)、pH值。

2討論

由檢測結果分析,合格率由低到高順序是空氣質量(85.3%)、集中空調冷卻水(87.9%)、飲用水(95.1%)、集中空調冷凝水(100%)、茶具和公共用品(100%)。空氣質量細菌污染、集中空調冷卻水軍團菌污染及飲用水水質不合格,對引發公共場所危害健康事故有較高風險,是需要加強衛生監管的重點方面。在檢查中發現,接待酒店集(ji)中(zhong)空調通(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)系統(tong)(tong)在(zai)(zai)(zai)設計和運行(xing)(xing)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)上(shang)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)不合(he)(he)理(li)(li)(li)(li),如沒(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)安裝空氣(qi)(qi)凈(jing)化(hua)消毒(du)裝置,通(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)管(guan)道沒(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)預留清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)消毒(du)用(yong)的可開閉窗(chuang)口(kou),沒(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)建立(li)衛生(sheng)(sheng)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)檔案(an),沒(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)定(ding)期清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)消毒(du)。空氣(qi)(qi)細菌總數超(chao)標(biao),可能與集(ji)中(zhong)空調通(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)系統(tong)(tong)沒(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)安裝空氣(qi)(qi)凈(jing)化(hua)消毒(du)裝置、風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)盤管(guan)等(deng)沒(mei)(mei)有(you)(you)(you)定(ding)期清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)消毒(du)有(you)(you)(you)關。軍(jun)團菌需在(zai)(zai)(zai)溫度適(shi)宜的環(huan)境(jing)中(zhong)生(sheng)(sheng)長(chang),深圳(zhen)夏秋(qiu)季(ji)節氣(qi)(qi)溫高,冷卻塔(ta)建在(zai)(zai)(zai)室外日(ri)照充足(zu),冷卻水(shui)(shui)(shui)為軍(jun)團菌提供了(le)適(shi)宜的生(sheng)(sheng)長(chang)環(huan)境(jing)[1]。軍(jun)團菌可污(wu)染集(ji)中(zhong)空調通(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)系統(tong)(tong)多個環(huan)節,且各環(huan)節相(xiang)互(hu)作用(yong),冷卻塔(ta)、冷卻水(shui)(shui)(shui)長(chang)期不清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)消毒(du)或清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)消毒(du)不徹底,可增(zeng)大傳播的危險(xian)性(xing)[2]。建筑年齡長(chang)的接待酒店(dian),蓄(xu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)池和管(guan)道材質(zhi)較差(cha)、蓄(xu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)池內(nei)的鐵梯,析出物質(zhi)影響二(er)次供水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)。水(shui)(shui)(shui)過(guo)(guo)濾器濾芯(xin)未做(zuo)到及(ji)時更(geng)換(huan),是(shi)(shi)過(guo)(guo)濾水(shui)(shui)(shui)部分理(li)(li)(li)(li)化(hua)項目超(chao)標(biao)的原(yuan)因。因此(ci),針(zhen)對(dui)上(shang)述風(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)因素(su)加(jia)強對(dui)接待酒店(dian)的監督指導十分必要。一是(shi)(shi)建立(li)健全衛生(sheng)(sheng)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)制(zhi)度和衛生(sheng)(sheng)檔案(an),特別是(shi)(shi)完善落實中(zhong)央空調通(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)系統(tong)(tong)和飲(yin)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的專項管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)制(zhi)度。二(er)是(shi)(shi)消除(chu)集(ji)中(zhong)空調通(tong)風(feng)(feng)(feng)系統(tong)(tong)細菌和軍(jun)團菌污(wu)染的隱患(huan)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)流行(xing)(xing)病學上(shang)現今(jin)控制(zhi)軍(jun)團菌病發生(sheng)(sheng)的可行(xing)(xing)方案(an)只有(you)(you)(you)加(jia)強對(dui)污(wu)染水(shui)(shui)(shui)源的管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)[3],因而重點應(ying)是(shi)(shi)對(dui)冷卻塔(ta)、冷卻水(shui)(shui)(shui)、風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)盤管(guan)等(deng)設備(bei)部件定(ding)期進行(xing)(xing)徹底的清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)、消毒(du),并在(zai)(zai)(zai)回風(feng)(feng)(feng)口(kou)風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)盤管(guan)旁加(jia)裝空氣(qi)(qi)消毒(du)裝置,加(jia)大新風(feng)(feng)(feng)量,注意(yi)新風(feng)(feng)(feng)機(ji)房的清(qing)(qing)潔(jie)及(ji)采風(feng)(feng)(feng)口(kou)遠離污(wu)染源。三是(shi)(shi)飲(yin)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)與消防用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)蓄(xu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)池分開,拆除(chu)蓄(xu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)池鐵梯,更(geng)新蓄(xu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)池表(biao)層和水(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan),及(ji)時更(geng)換(huan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)過(guo)(guo)濾器濾芯(xin),并定(ding)期檢(jian)測水(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi),合(he)(he)格后方可使(shi)用(yong)。
