摘要:運用文獻資料法、問卷調查法對江蘇地區本科高校女生體育鍛煉的認知、動機、興趣、態度和行為五個方面進(jin)行調查,全面了解本科高(gao)(gao)校女(nv)生體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)特點,探(tan)索其存在的(de)問題及原因,以改善女(nv)大學生體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)行為(wei)(wei),提高(gao)(gao)她們的(de)體(ti)(ti)(ti)質健康水平。結果表明:江蘇地區本科高(gao)(gao)校女(nv)生體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)認知(zhi)存在偏差;體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)內在動機不足;體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)興趣(qu)差異明顯;體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)態度有待轉變;體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)鍛(duan)(duan)(duan)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)行為(wei)(wei)有待加強。

《世界青(qing)少(shao)年(nian)健康報告》指出(chu),全球達到推薦的體(ti)育鍛煉標準的青(qing)少(shao)年(nian)還不(bu)到四分之一(yi)。我國近年(nian)來的學(xue)生體(ti)質健康監測數據發現,學(xue)生身體(ti)素(su)質呈現持(chi)續(xu)(xu)下降(jiang)趨勢,學(xue)生視力不(bu)良檢出(chu)率居高不(bu)下并且(qie)呈現低齡化傾向,肥胖檢出(chu)率和女(nv)生低體(ti)重率持(chi)續(xu)(xu)增高等問(wen)題日益突出(chu),青(qing)少(shao)年(nian)體(ti)質下降(jiang)的趨勢尚未得到根本性的扭轉,這問(wen)題已引起了我國黨和政府的高度(du)關(guan)切。
1研究對象與方法
1.1研(yan)究對(dui)象。從江(jiang)(jiang)蘇的江(jiang)(jiang)南(nan)大(da)學(xue)(xue)、蘇州大(da)學(xue)(xue)、南(nan)京(jing)師范大(da)學(xue)(xue)、南(nan)京(jing)理(li)工大(da)學(xue)(xue)、江(jiang)(jiang)蘇師范大(da)學(xue)(xue)、中國(guo)礦業大(da)學(xue)(xue)6所普通本(ben)科院校抽取每個學(xue)(xue)校每年(nian)級(ji)15名女(nv)生。1.2研(yan)究方(fang)法(fa)。1.2.1文(wen)獻資料法(fa)。收(shou)集與課題所需的各類心(xin)理(li)學(xue)(xue)、教育學(xue)(xue)、社會學(xue)(xue)以及與體育鍛煉相關的文(wen)獻資料和(he)研(yan)究成果,并對(dui)收(shou)集到的文(wen)獻進行整理(li)、歸類、分析。1.2.2問(wen)卷調(diao)查法(fa)。2017年(nian)12月(yue)至2018年(nian)1月(yue)采用紙質(zhi)問(wen)卷方(fang)式,共(gong)發放問(wen)卷360份(fen)。回收(shou)360份(fen),有效(xiao)問(wen)卷339份(fen),有效(xiao)回收(shou)率94%。1.2.3數理(li)統計(ji)(ji)法(fa)。運用Excel和(he)SPSS17.0軟件(jian)進行統計(ji)(ji)分析。
