二、3D打印技術領域人(ren)才需求(qiu)分析
2015年5月28日,國務院正式印發《中國制造2025》,明確指出3D打印技術已成為我國加快實現智能制造的重要技術手段。3D打印作為制造業有代表性的顛覆技術,需要的人才分為技術型人才、應用型人才和商業型人才。高職院校人才培養目標是技術技能型人才,主要工作是3D打印技術在市場的具體應用。3D打印技術產業人才需求崗位主要有:數字化設計、數字化制造、模具鉗工。數字化設計主要工作任務:模具設計、產品設計、工業設計。數字化制造主要工(gong)(gong)作任務:模(mo)具(ju)制(zhi)造、3D打印制(zhi)造。模(mo)具(ju)鉗工(gong)(gong)主要工(gong)(gong)作任務:鉗工(gong)(gong)修模(mo)、鉗工(gong)(gong)試模(mo)、鉗工(gong)(gong)裝配。
三、模具設(she)計(ji)與制(zhi)造(zao)(3D打印)核心職業能力(li)

ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)算機(ji)進(jin)(jin)行測(ce)(ce)(ce)量數(shu)(shu)(shu)據拼接;③使用(yong)(yong)(yong)3D設(she)(she)(she)(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)軟(ruan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)進(jin)(jin)行建(jian)(jian)模(mo)(mo),使測(ce)(ce)(ce)量結(jie)果形(xing)象化(hua);④具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)備(bei)(bei)基(ji)準3D數(shu)(shu)(shu)據與(yu)(yu)(yu)3D模(mo)(mo)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)行比較,以“點云”評(ping)價找出最大偏差值的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)(li)(li)(li);⑤具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)備(bei)(bei)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)快(kuai)(kuai)速成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)設(she)(she)(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)及輔助工(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)(ju)完成(cheng)(cheng)對被測(ce)(ce)(ce)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao);⑥能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)對快(kuai)(kuai)速成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)件(jian)(jian)(jian)進(jin)(jin)行后處(chu)理(li)。
四、結論
隨(sui)著京津冀協同發展(zhan)(zhan)的不(bu)斷深入,北京的產業(ye)(ye)結構放棄大而全、疏解不(bu)符合(he)首(shou)都(dou)戰(zhan)略定位的產業(ye)(ye);構建高精(jing)尖產業(ye)(ye)體系以輻射京津冀協同發展(zhan)(zhan)。北京高職院校定位于服(fu)務首(shou)都(dou)經濟的發展(zhan)(zhan),必然(ran)要(yao)隨(sui)著首(shou)都(dou)核心功(gong)能,進行產業(ye)(ye)結構調(diao)整,轉變(bian)專業(ye)(ye)方(fang)向的定位。模具設(she)計(ji)與(yu)制造專業(ye)(ye)改變(bian)傳統的專業(ye)(ye)方(fang)向,調(diao)整為(wei)(wei)模具設(she)計(ji)與(yu)制造(3D打印(yin)),通(tong)過定位典(dian)型機(ji)電(dian)產品數字化(hua)設(she)計(ji)能力和典(dian)型產品3D打印(yin)技術能力為(wei)(wei)核心職業(ye)(ye)能力,以適(shi)應(ying)北京產業(ye)(ye)結構高端化(hua)、服(fu)務化(hua)、集聚化(hua)、融合(he)化(hua)、低碳化(hua)的發展(zhan)(zhan)需要(yao)。
