摘要:近年來,隨著研究生報考人數和高校研究生招生規模的不斷增加,高校研究生數量隨之擴大。這使得高校研究生教育教學管理難度在一定程度上有所增加,同時也給研究生教育教學管理工作帶來新的挑戰。基于此,文章主要基于國內高校研究生教育教學管理策略的構建展開系統分析,并(bing)結合當(dang)前(qian)時(shi)展特點(dian),有針對性(xing)地(di)提出高校研(yan)究(jiu)生教(jiao)育管(guan)理策略(lve)。

隨著現代(dai)(dai)化進(jin)(jin)程的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)推進(jin)(jin)和國(guo)(guo)家市場經濟(ji)的(de)(de)(de)快速(su)增(zeng)(zeng)長,社(she)會(hui)對高層次、高學(xue)歷(li)人(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)需(xu)求(qiu)逐年(nian)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)。在此背景下,研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)報(bao)考人(ren)數和招(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)規(gui)模(mo)也在不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)。研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)自1978年(nian)恢復招(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)起,至(zhi)今已(yi)有四十(shi)幾年(nian)。研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)招(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)規(gui)模(mo)不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)擴大,我國(guo)(guo)也成了研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)大國(guo)(guo)。教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)部公布的(de)(de)(de)數據(ju)顯(xian)示,繼2017年(nian)碩(shuo)士(shi)(shi)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)報(bao)名人(ren)數高漲之后,2018年(nian)碩(shuo)士(shi)(shi)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)報(bao)名人(ren)數繼續高漲,達到238萬人(ren),比2017年(nian)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)37萬人(ren),增(zeng)(zeng)幅18.4%;2019年(nian)全國(guo)(guo)碩(shuo)士(shi)(shi)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)報(bao)名人(ren)數更(geng)是達到290萬人(ren),較上(shang)一年(nian)激增(zeng)(zeng)52萬人(ren),增(zeng)(zeng)幅達到21.8%,十(shi)余(yu)年(nian)來增(zeng)(zeng)幅最大。隨著研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)數量不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia),如何保證研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)培養(yang)質(zhi)量,構建(jian)完(wan)(wan)善(shan)的(de)(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)管(guan)理(li)(li)策(ce)略,成為(wei)目前至(zhi)關重(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)問題。基于此,結合國(guo)(guo)內教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)信息化高速(su)發展狀(zhuang)況和現階段的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)生(sheng)特點,本文對構建(jian)當代(dai)(dai)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)管(guan)理(li)(li)體(ti)系需(xu)要注意(yi)的(de)(de)(de)因(yin)素進(jin)(jin)行(xing)全面分析(xi),并(bing)對高校(xiao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)管(guan)理(li)(li)策(ce)略進(jin)(jin)行(xing)設(she)計,以期能夠逐步建(jian)立完(wan)(wan)善(shan)的(de)(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)生(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)管(guan)理(li)(li)體(ti)系。
一、構建研究(jiu)生教育管(guan)理系統的(de)主要因素(su)
