【摘要】能源效率的提高是現代社會關注的焦點問題,節能成為人們日常生活中經常談論的話題。建筑工程電氣節能能夠促進能源利用效率的提高,其節能的主要方式值得仔細研究和分析(xi)。論文(wen)介紹了(le)電(dian)氣(qi)節能設(she)計的(de)原則,探討了(le)其重要意義,總結了(le)其中存在的(de)問題,并(bing)提出相應(ying)的(de)措施改(gai)進和完善,以期(qi)促進我國建筑電(dian)氣(qi)節能設(she)計的(de)推廣,實現建筑業與環境的(de)和諧發展。

1引言
能(neng)源利(li)用方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)具(ju)有共(gong)性,在(zai)很(hen)多方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)面可(ke)以(yi)互相借鑒(jian)。要改(gai)進(jin)建筑(zhu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)電氣(qi)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi),可(ke)以(yi)參(can)考其他能(neng)源的(de)利(li)用方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)和(he)改(gai)進(jin)措(cuo)施,并(bing)吸取經驗(yan)加(jia)以(yi)利(li)用。在(zai)電氣(qi)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)的(de)研究(jiu)中,主要對供電系(xi)統、照明設(she)備(bei)、電路的(de)選擇(ze)以(yi)及不同電氣(qi)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)的(de)特點(dian)進(jin)行研究(jiu),發現其中存在(zai)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)效率低,節(jie)(jie)能(neng)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)傳(chuan)統的(de)問題,需要提出相應的(de)解決(jue)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)和(he)改(gai)進(jin)措(cuo)施。在(zai)此過程(cheng)中,要注意研發新的(de)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)技術,改(gai)變節(jie)(jie)能(neng)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)。
2電氣(qi)節(jie)能設(she)計的原則(ze)
2.1實用(yong)(yong)性原(yuan)則。在建(jian)筑(zhu)電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)工程當中利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)技術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)主要目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)使(shi)(shi)(shi)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)消耗(hao)得到(dao)減(jian)少,并使(shi)(shi)(shi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)率得到(dao)提高。電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)技術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)必須保障建(jian)筑(zhu)物的(de)(de)(de)(de)各項(xiang)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)常使(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong),不可(ke)(ke)盲目(mu)地對(dui)電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)技術(shu)進行(xing)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong),否則不但無(wu)法實現預期目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de),還(huan)會出現一定的(de)(de)(de)(de)反(fan)作用(yong)(yong),如果(guo)情況比較(jiao)嚴重,將影響建(jian)筑(zhu)物的(de)(de)(de)(de)安全性。2.2經(jing)(jing)濟原(yuan)則。電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)技術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)不僅可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)使(shi)(shi)(shi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)得到(dao)節(jie)(jie)約,還(huan)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)使(shi)(shi)(shi)減(jian)少建(jian)筑(zhu)企業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)投入(ru),從而保障建(jian)筑(zhu)企業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)經(jing)(jing)濟效益。如果(guo)電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)具體建(jian)設成本超出企業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)預算資金,會造成電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)技術(shu)無(wu)法在建(jian)筑(zhu)行(xing)業(ye)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)推(tui)廣。因此,滿(man)足經(jing)(jing)濟性原(yuan)理非(fei)常必要。
3建筑電(dian)氣節能設計的意義
在節(jie)電(dian)(dian)方面,建(jian)筑電(dian)(dian)氣節(jie)能(neng)設(she)計具備非常(chang)重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)意義。首先(xian),建(jian)筑節(jie)能(neng)可以(yi)使(shi)電(dian)(dian)力的(de)(de)(de)供需矛盾得到(dao)有效(xiao)緩解(jie),保障國民經濟得到(dao)持續(xu)甚至快速發(fa)(fa)展,并且產(chan)生較多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)經濟效(xiao)益。其次,建(jian)筑節(jie)能(neng)設(she)計中常(chang)選擇低能(neng)耗(hao)設(she)備,既可以(yi)節(jie)約(yue)能(neng)源,又可以(yi)保護環境,對科學(xue)技術(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)進步以(yi)及發(fa)(fa)展可以(yi)起到(dao)促進的(de)(de)(de)作用。因此,從促進科學(xue)技術(shu)(shu)進步以(yi)及節(jie)約(yue)能(neng)源等(deng)角(jiao)度出發(fa)(fa),應重視建(jian)筑電(dian)(dian)氣的(de)(de)(de)節(jie)能(neng)設(she)計。
4建筑(zhu)工程電氣節能研究

5建筑工程電氣節能(neng)方(fang)式(shi)存在(zai)的問題
5.1照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)設(she)備選(xuan)擇(ze)不(bu)合(he)理。在(zai)(zai)(zai)照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)設(she)備的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)選(xuan)擇(ze)過(guo)程中(zhong),應明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)確建(jian)筑照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求和(he)標準(zhun),并盡量減少(shao)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源消耗(hao)。但(dan)是,在(zai)(zai)(zai)實際工程中(zhong),常出(chu)現對(dui)照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)設(she)備的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)選(xuan)擇(ze)把握不(bu)當,過(guo)分追(zhui)求高照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)水平,或者由于建(jian)筑空間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)簡(jian)單和(he)工作(zuo)照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)密集(ji)而選(xuan)用(yong)一(yi)般照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)設(she)備,沒(mei)有(you)(you)從照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)標準(zhun)、照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)均勻度、照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)功率密度等角度考(kao)慮(lv)建(jian)筑空間對(dui)照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)需求,沒(mei)有(you)(you)根據不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)場合(he)選(xuan)擇(ze)合(he)適的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)方式,導(dao)致(zhi)白熾燈的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)頻率較(jiao)高[2]。5.2供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)不(bu)到(dao)位。供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)主要(yao)應考(kao)慮(lv)兩方面(mian):一(yi)方面(mian)是選(xuan)擇(ze)變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)選(xuan)擇(ze);另一(yi)個方面(mian)是供配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)損耗(hao)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)一(yi)些(xie)建(jian)筑中(zhong),沒(mei)有(you)(you)選(xuan)擇(ze)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)型變壓器(qi),導(dao)致(zhi)變壓器(qi)鐵芯的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)渦(wo)流損耗(hao)和(he)漏磁(ci)損耗(hao)較(jiao)大(da)。除此之外,進(jin)行供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)計與選(xuan)擇(ze)時沒(mei)有(you)(you)注意對(dui)現場因(yin)素(su)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)綜合(he)考(kao)慮(lv),如(ru)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)距離、用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)最大(da)負荷度和(he)設(she)備功能(neng)(neng)(neng)情況等,造成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)損耗(hao)過(guo)多,不(bu)利于能(neng)(neng)(neng)源利用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)控制。5.3電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)線路(lu)(lu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)耗(hao)大(da)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)線路(lu)(lu)在(zai)(zai)(zai)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)過(guo)程中(zhong)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)問題(ti)主要(yao)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)在(zai)(zai)(zai)傳(chuan)輸過(guo)程中(zhong)會出(chu)現能(neng)(neng)(neng)量消耗(hao)較(jiao)大(da)問題(ti),主要(yao)原(yuan)因(yin)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)線路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)長度和(he)負載控制不(bu)到(dao)位,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)線路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)效果較(jiao)低。在(zai)(zai)(zai)設(she)計過(guo)程中(zhong)考(kao)慮(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)影響因(yin)素(su)不(bu)夠全面(mian),沒(mei)有(you)(you)考(kao)慮(lv)降低線路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻、提升(sheng)系統功率的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)效措施,無(wu)法減少(shao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)線路(lu)(lu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)耗(hao)。

針(zhen)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)上述建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)工(gong)程電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)方(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)存在(zai)(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)問(wen)(wen)題,結合(he)現實情況,筆者搜集(ji)了相關(guan)資料,并借鑒了其(qi)他建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)源節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)方(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)利用(yong),提出(chu)以(yi)(yi)下可以(yi)(yi)嘗試的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)議。6.1合(he)理選(xuan)用(yong)照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)設備。選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)設備的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是減(jian)少(shao)(shao)能(neng)(neng)源消(xiao)耗(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)。提高對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)水(shui)(shui)平(ping)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)把控力,堅持(chi)適度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)原則,既(ji)不過(guo)分追(zhui)求高照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)水(shui)(shui)平(ping),又不會由于建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)空(kong)間(jian)功能(neng)(neng)簡單(dan)和(he)工(gong)作位(wei)置(zhi)密集(ji)而選(xuan)用(yong)一般照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)。要(yao)注意從照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)標(biao)準、照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)均(jun)勻度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)、照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)功率(lv)(lv)密度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)等(deng)角(jiao)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)考慮建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)房間(jian)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)需(xu)求,并且(qie)根據(ju)不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)場合(he)選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)合(he)適的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)照(zhao)(zhao)明(ming)(ming)方(fang)(fang)(fang)式(shi)。降(jiang)低(di)白熾燈(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)頻率(lv)(lv),減(jian)少(shao)(shao)不必要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)消(xiao)耗(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao),達到節(jie)(jie)約的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。6.2實現供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)。供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)需(xu)要(yao)從選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器和(he)供(gong)(gong)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)損耗(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)方(fang)(fang)(fang)面進行(xing)把控。選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器時,要(yao)堅持(chi)選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)型變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器,以(yi)(yi)減(jian)少(shao)(shao)鐵芯(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)渦流損耗(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)和(he)漏磁(ci)損耗(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)。另(ling)外,進行(xing)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)設計(ji)時,要(yao)從供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)距離(li)、用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)最大負荷度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)和(he)設備功能(neng)(neng)情況等(deng)方(fang)(fang)(fang)面對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)進行(xing)優(you)化。例如(ru),線(xian)(xian)路(lu)應(ying)盡量(liang)走直線(xian)(xian),在(zai)(zai)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況下盡量(liang)只(zhi)走直線(xian)(xian),以(yi)(yi)減(jian)小供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)長度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du),減(jian)少(shao)(shao)能(neng)(neng)耗(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)。6.3改(gai)進電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)應(ying)用(yong)。改(gai)進電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)在(zai)(zai)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)過(guo)程中存在(zai)(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)問(wen)(wen)題,首先,相關(guan)技術人(ren)員需(xu)要(yao)在(zai)(zai)安裝時對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)整體線(xian)(xian)路(lu)進行(xing)把控,如(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)長度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)和(he)負載(zai)控制,以(yi)(yi)提高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)效果(guo)。另(ling)外,還(huan)要(yao)采取措施(shi)降(jiang)低(di)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)、提升系(xi)統(tong)(tong)功率(lv)(lv)等(deng),將傳輸過(guo)程中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)源消(xiao)耗(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)降(jiang)低(di),最大限度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)地減(jian)少(shao)(shao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)帶來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)耗(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)問(wen)(wen)題。
7結語
綜上所述,建筑工程電氣節能(neng)(neng)不僅能(neng)(neng)提(ti)高資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)利(li)用(yong)效(xiao)率,而且(qie)對人力、物力等社會資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)利(li)用(yong)率的(de)(de)(de)提(ti)高具有重(zhong)要作(zuo)用(yong)。在(zai)(zai)照明設備的(de)(de)(de)選擇中要遵循適用(yong)原則,要選擇合(he)適的(de)(de)(de)照明設備,減少能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)消耗。除此之外(wai),在(zai)(zai)供電系統的(de)(de)(de)完(wan)善(shan)和(he)電路設備的(de)(de)(de)選擇方(fang)面(mian)需謹慎,在(zai)(zai)提(ti)高能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)效(xiao)率方(fang)面(mian)可以引進新興的(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術,并且(qie)要自主(zhu)創新,創新能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)利(li)用(yong)方(fang)式和(he)技(ji)術。將能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)利(li)用(yong)發展(zhan)帶入到新的(de)(de)(de)時期,提(ti)高整體利(li)用(yong)能(neng)(neng)力。
