我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)建(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展使(shi)得人們能夠享受到(dao)更(geng)(geng)為便捷舒適(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)環境(jing),同(tong)時人們也(ye)更(geng)(geng)加希望提(ti)升供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)智(zhi)能化程度和(he)(he)安全程度,供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣工程及自動化技術發(fa)展需要(yao)(yao)從供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安全性(xing)(xing)、實(shi)用(yong)(yong)性(xing)(xing)角度進行改革,以(yi)滿(man)足(zu)不(bu)同(tong)居住群體的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)需求(qiu)。在當(dang)前我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)系統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong),一(yi)般建(jian)筑通(tong)過(guo)(guo)低壓(ya)(ya)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方式(shi)滿(man)足(zu)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)需求(qiu),而高(gao)(gao)(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)建(jian)筑則(ze)(ze)需要(yao)(yao)運用(yong)(yong)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)形(xing)式(shi)進行供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。在供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)(zhong),如果(guo)采取的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)向某區(qu)(qu)域(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)戶單獨供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)給電(dian)(dian)(dian)能的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方式(shi),則(ze)(ze)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)本就(jiu)會(hui)大增,且供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安全性(xing)(xing)、可靠性(xing)(xing)無(wu)法(fa)得到(dao)保障(zhang),特別是(shi)如果(guo)遇到(dao)機械的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)故障(zhang)或者需要(yao)(yao)檢修的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題時,該區(qu)(qu)域(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)施(shi)則(ze)(ze)無(wu)法(fa)正常供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),該區(qu)(qu)域(yu)只能停電(dian)(dian)(dian)以(yi)完(wan)成(cheng)檢修工作。而如果(guo)在大范圍的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)區(qu)(qu)域(yu)內構(gou)建(jian)綜(zong)合性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)網,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠、電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)網和(he)(he)用(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路系統(tong)將整個區(qu)(qu)域(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)設(she)備聯(lian)合在一(yi)起(qi),形(xing)成(cheng)綜(zong)合性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)網,則(ze)(ze)能夠實(shi)現供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)可靠性(xing)(xing)、持(chi)續性(xing)(xing),同(tong)時也(ye)會(hui)大幅(fu)度減少供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)本,提(ti)升供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)建(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)經濟效益。當(dang)前我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)(zhong),大部分(fen)區(qu)(qu)域(yu)已經構(gou)建(jian)起(qi)綜(zong)合性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)網,但是(shi)這些電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)網的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)構(gou)建(jian)仍然(ran)存在諸多問(wen)題,一(yi)方面我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)(zhong)所(suo)需要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)分(fen)為多個層(ceng)(ceng)級(ji),不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)層(ceng)(ceng)級(ji)對(dui)(dui)輸送量和(he)(he)輸送距離的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)也(ye)不(bu)盡(jin)相同(tong)。而電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)越(yue)高(gao)(gao)(gao),其對(dui)(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)越(yue)高(gao)(gao)(gao),對(dui)(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)設(she)備的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)絕緣性(xing)(xing)能和(he)(he)安全性(xing)(xing)能要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)也(ye)越(yue)高(gao)(gao)(gao),但是(shi)我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)網建(jian)設(she)尚無(wu)法(fa)滿(man)足(zu)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)建(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)多層(ceng)(ceng)需求(qiu),特別是(shi)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)需求(qiu)。
3電氣工程及自動化技術在供(gong)熱建設中的(de)應用途徑(jing)分(fen)析
3.1強化電氣安全控制(zhi),保(bao)證用戶用電安全
要(yao)(yao)(yao)保(bao)(bao)證供熱(re)(re)建設(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)全性(xing)(xing)和(he)可靠性(xing)(xing),則(ze)必須要(yao)(yao)(yao)保(bao)(bao)障電(dian)(dian)力(li)設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)常運行,因(yin)而在(zai)構建配電(dian)(dian)線路和(he)設(she)置電(dian)(dian)氣設(she)備(bei)時,要(yao)(yao)(yao)選擇絕(jue)緣性(xing)(xing)好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)備(bei),并通過(guo)(guo)多種測壓(ya)方式對(dui)電(dian)(dian)力(li)設(she)備(bei)可能(neng)(neng)存在(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)泄露、電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)不穩定等情(qing)況(kuang)進行排查,確保(bao)(bao)絕(jue)緣性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)符(fu)合電(dian)(dian)力(li)系統建設(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)需(xu)求(qiu)。同(tong)時要(yao)(yao)(yao)供熱(re)(re)建設(she)過(guo)(guo)程中,還需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)力(li)設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)布局進行把握(wo),要(yao)(yao)(yao)保(bao)(bao)證電(dian)(dian)氣設(she)備(bei)與人的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)距離,防止人因(yin)距離過(guo)(guo)近而發生安(an)全問(wen)題,減少危(wei)險(xian)情(qing)況(kuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)現(xian)(xian)。另外,要(yao)(yao)(yao)把握(wo)供電(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)全載流(liu)量符(fu)合安(an)全標(biao)準,防止出(chu)現(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)量超(chao)標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題。由于供熱(re)(re)設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)力(li)較高(gao),其可能(neng)(neng)會對(dui)電(dian)(dian)力(li)設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)絕(jue)緣體產(chan)生破(po)壞,如(ru)果電(dian)(dian)流(liu)量超(chao)標(biao)則(ze)可能(neng)(neng)會導致(zhi)安(an)全問(wen)題的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發生。
3.2構(gou)建自動化控制變電(dian)站(zhan),滿足供熱系(xi)統的(de)電(dian)力需(xu)求
變電(dian)站(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建設(she)關系到供熱建設(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性問題(ti)。運(yun)用(yong)電(dian)氣工程及自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技術替代傳統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人人工操(cao)控(kong),強化(hua)對(dui)變電(dian)站(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)監(jian)測和調(diao)控(kong),從而確(que)保變電(dian)站(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安全性和穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性,為供熱系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)運(yun)行奠(dian)定(ding)基礎(chu)。熱力公司可(ke)以通過建設(she)系統(tong)化(hua)、自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)監(jian)控(kong)系統(tong),全方位(wei)、全天候的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)變電(dian)站(zhan)進(jin)行監(jian)控(kong),并(bing)通過數據(ju)模型構建信息記錄、數據(ju)分析系統(tong),通過全微(wei)機化(hua)設(she)備代替常(chang)規的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)磁式設(she)備,并(bing)利用(yong)光纖或電(dian)纜提(ti)升(sheng)信號傳輸的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)速度(du)和敏感程度(du),實現變電(dian)站(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)監(jian)控(kong),減少變電(dian)站(zhan)操(cao)作事故,提(ti)升(sheng)故障處(chu)理效率,從而保障供熱建設(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性。
3.3實現電(dian)(dian)網調度控制(zhi)自(zi)動化(hua),提升供熱電(dian)(dian)力(li)穩定性(xing)
