教育教學先進單位和先進個人意見
堅持“以精神獎勵(li)(li)為主,以物質獎勵(li)(li)為輔”的(de)原(yuan)則(ze),對教育系統相關單(dan)(dan)位和(he)個人(ren)進行獎勵(li)(li),設“教育教學(xue)(xue)先進單(dan)(dan)位”和(he)“教育教學(xue)(xue)先進個人(ren)”兩個獎項。
二、獎勵范圍
(一)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學先進單位
鄉鎮和(he)教(jiao)育系(xi)統各級各類學校。分(fen)鄉鎮組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu);高中組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu);初中、小學組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu);幼兒園組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu);職(zhi)教(jiao)中心、成教(jiao)中心、特(te)教(jiao)中心、教(jiao)師進修學校組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)。
(二)教育教學先進(jin)個人

學校實踐科學發展觀教學意見
*學(xue)院正處在由“大(da)發展(zhan)”進入(ru)“大(da)提高”的關(guan)鍵階段,新(xin)的歷史(shi)時(shi)期如(ru)何實現可持續發展(zhan)是(shi)貫徹落實科學(xue)發展(zhan)觀所要面對的首要問題。為(wei)(wei)此,學(xue)校決定以開(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)習實踐(jian)科學(xue)發展(zhan)觀活動為(wei)(wei)契(qi)機,以修訂新(xin)一(yi)輪(lun)本科人(ren)(ren)才培養方案(an)為(wei)(wei)抓(zhua)手,重點推進“教(jiao)學(xue)質量與教(jiao)育改(gai)革(ge)(ge)創(chuang)新(xin)工程(cheng)”建設,把“學(xue)校發展(zhan)目標和人(ren)(ren)才培養定位”作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)學(xue)習實踐(jian)活動的主要議題組(zu)織專題研討,開(kai)展(zhan)新(xin)一(yi)輪(lun)的教(jiao)育思想大(da)討論,為(wei)(wei)進一(yi)步深化教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)改(gai)革(ge)(ge)提供強(qiang)大(da)思想動力。
為使(shi)教學(xue)專(zhuan)題(ti)學(xue)習實(shi)踐活動(dong)能夠有序開(kai)展(zhan),取得(de)切實(shi)成效(xiao),依據(ju)《*學(xue)院(yuan)開(kai)展(zhan)深入(ru)學(xue)習實(shi)踐科學(xue)發展(zhan)觀活動(dong)實(shi)施方案(an)》的要求(qiu),現提出以下實(shi)施意見:
一、學習調研階段(即日起—4月10日左右)
(一)學習調研
在組(zu)織(zhi)學(xue)(xue)習培(pei)(pei)訓的(de)基礎(chu)上,各院(系)、教學(xue)(xue)單位領導班子通過組(zu)織(zhi)座談會、專題(ti)輔導報(bao)告(gao)、走(zou)訪、調(diao)研等(deng)活(huo)動,廣(guang)泛聽取師生員工意見和(he)建議,按(an)照科學(xue)(xue)發展觀要(yao)求分析查找現有人才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)方案(an)(an)的(de)差距和(he)不(bu)足(zu),認真梳理在人才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)上存在的(de)突出問題(ti)和(he)原因,做(zuo)好(hao)“新一輪(lun)本科人才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)方案(an)(an)”修(xiu)訂原則、所(suo)屬學(xue)(xue)科專業內涵及中長(chang)期發展規劃的(de)調(diao)研與論(lun)證工作,形成書面(mian)調(diao)查報(bao)告(gao)。

教學對象現狀
教(jiao)學(xue)片的(de)制作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)主要(yao)(yao)針(zhen)對市、縣(xian)級交(jiao)通質(zhi)(zhi)監(jian)機(ji)構(gou)的(de)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)案(an)(an)(an)(an)管理(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan),制作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)單位需要(yao)(yao)摸清(qing)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)情(qing)況(kuang),了解人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)最(zui)需要(yao)(yao)什么,這是教(jiao)學(xue)片制作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)方向。(一)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)流動性(xing)大(da)在(zai)市、縣(xian)級交(jiao)通質(zhi)(zhi)監(jian)機(ji)構(gou)的(de)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)案(an)(an)(an)(an)管理(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)大(da)多(duo)為兼職,多(duo)數人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)身兼數職,大(da)部分從事行(xing)政管理(li)類工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),條口管理(li)多(duo),事務(wu)繁瑣(suo),經常(chang)出現(xian)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)留(liu)不(bu)住或(huo)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)調動頻繁現(xian)象。(二)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)業(ye)務(wu)素質(zhi)(zhi)低,專(zhuan)業(ye)性(xing)不(bu)強基(ji)層(ceng)多(duo)數檔(dang)(dang)(dang)案(an)(an)(an)(an)員(yuan)的(de)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)案(an)(an)(an)(an)管理(li)業(ye)務(wu)素質(zhi)(zhi)低,檔(dang)(dang)(dang)案(an)(an)(an)(an)意(yi)識談溥,檔(dang)(dang)(dang)案(an)(an)(an)(an)要(yao)(yao)求執(zhi)行(xing)不(bu)到位,自(zi)身檔(dang)(dang)(dang)案(an)(an)(an)(an)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)無(wu)法正常(chang)進行(xing),更不(bu)能指導其他(ta)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)做(zuo)好檔(dang)(dang)(dang)案(an)(an)(an)(an)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。檔(dang)(dang)(dang)案(an)(an)(an)(an)員(yuan)很少(shao)有機(ji)會接受專(zhuan)業(ye)性(xing)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)案(an)(an)(an)(an)培(pei)訓(xun)課程,獲得(de)上崗證書并取得(de)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)案(an)(an)(an)(an)專(zhuan)業(ye)技(ji)術(shu)職稱的(de)更是少(shao)之又少(shao)。(三)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)有學(xue)習訴求,質(zhi)(zhi)監(jian)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)案(an)(an)(an)(an)培(pei)訓(xun)渠道少(shao)市、縣(xian)級交(jiao)通質(zhi)(zhi)監(jian)機(ji)構(gou)開(kai)展質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)監(jian)督工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)后(hou),建立質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)監(jian)督檔(dang)(dang)(dang)案(an)(an)(an)(an)事在(zai)必行(xing),基(ji)層(ceng)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)案(an)(an)(an)(an)員(yuan)希望有專(zhuan)業(ye)性(xing)指導,雖然(ran)有上級對口專(zhuan)業(ye)交(jiao)流學(xue)習或(huo)考察觀(guan)摩機(ji)會,但由于時間有限,吸收與帶回的(de)知(zhi)識不(bu)多(duo),在(zai)執(zhi)行(xing)過程中仍會遇到諸多(duo)問題。基(ji)層(ceng)檔(dang)(dang)(dang)案(an)(an)(an)(an)員(yuan)需要(yao)(yao)條理(li)清(qing)晰、要(yao)(yao)求明(ming)確,最(zui)好能夠手把手、面對面的(de)教(jiao)學(xue)。

2.教學評(ping)估機制不完善
第(di)一,目前大部(bu)分(fen)高校(xiao)數學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)基礎課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)體系(xi)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)內容(rong)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)大綱制訂都是由教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)室(shi)來完成的(de)(de)(de)(de),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)管理部(bu)門負責(ze)審核,缺乏外界專家的(de)(de)(de)(de)客觀評估(gu),尤(you)其缺乏了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)需要(yao)(yao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習哪些知(zhi)識、掌握哪些能力的(de)(de)(de)(de)專家的(de)(de)(de)(de)評估(gu)和(he)(he)意見反(fan)(fan)饋。正因為如此,各學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)數學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)基礎課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)體系(xi)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)內容(rong)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)大綱沒有根據科技發展的(de)(de)(de)(de)需要(yao)(yao)及(ji)時(shi)進行(xing)完善、優化和(he)(he)更新,背離(li)了因需施教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)原則。第(di)二,缺乏學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)考試(shi)成績分(fen)析(xi)和(he)(he)試(shi)卷質(zhi)量(liang)分(fen)析(xi)反(fan)(fan)饋機制,考核的(de)(de)(de)(de)指導功能難以(yi)發揮。數學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)基礎課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)是面(mian)向全校(xiao)所有專業開設的(de)(de)(de)(de),及(ji)時(shi)地把學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)考試(shi)成績分(fen)析(xi)和(he)(he)試(shi)卷質(zhi)量(liang)分(fen)析(xi)結(jie)果(guo)反(fan)(fan)饋給教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)管理者(zhe)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)管理者(zhe),針對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習中(zhong)出現的(de)(de)(de)(de)問題,從教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)管理和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)管理兩(liang)個方面(mian)進行(xing)協調解決,是保障數學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)基礎課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)策略。第(di)三,對(dui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材選用、課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)設、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)活(huo)動、師(shi)(shi)德師(shi)(shi)風(feng)(feng)建(jian)設效果(guo)缺乏評估(gu)和(he)(he)意見反(fan)(fan)饋,導致(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材得不到及(ji)時(shi)更新,課(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)設水平低下(xia),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)活(huo)動、師(shi)(shi)德師(shi)(shi)風(feng)(feng)建(jian)設流于形式,難以(yi)保證教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)各環節(jie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)高質(zhi)量(liang)運行(xing)。

第二條(tiao)教(jiao)學(xue)事故是指教(jiao)職員工(gong)在教(jiao)學(xue)管(guan)理及(ji)(ji)教(jiao)學(xue)活(huo)動中,因本人主觀過錯或過失所引起的(de),影響學(xue)校(xiao)正常教(jiao)學(xue)秩序和教(jiao)學(xue)質量,或違背國(guo)家(jia)有關法律、法規、政策及(ji)(ji)學(xue)校(xiao)有關規章制度的(de)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)語言或行(xing)為。
第三(san)條(tiao)教學(xue)(xue)事故依(yi)據教學(xue)(xue)工作與管理工作,分為教學(xue)(xue)工作事故和(he)教學(xue)(xue)管理事故兩種(zhong)。
第(di)四條教(jiao)(jiao)學事(shi)(shi)故根(gen)據事(shi)(shi)故的(de)性(xing)質(zhi)和(he)所造成的(de)危害(hai)程度不同,分三個(ge)級別:一般(ban)教(jiao)(jiao)學事(shi)(shi)故,較大教(jiao)(jiao)學事(shi)(shi)故,重大教(jiao)(jiao)學事(shi)(shi)故。

目前,全校(xiao)(xiao)上(shang)下正(zheng)在按照市教育局的(de)部署,深入開展(zhan)(zhan)解放思想大(da)討論活動(dong)。學校(xiao)(xiao)領導班子抓住(zhu)解放思想這一(yi)發展(zhan)(zhan)機遇(yu),不(bu)失(shi)時機地推進(jin)學校(xiao)(xiao)教育教學的(de)改革與創新,深入開展(zhan)(zhan)查擺問題工作,多形(xing)式(shi)、多渠(qu)道排查問題,征詢意見,為學校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)發展(zhan)(zhan)營造了良好的(de)氛圍,形(xing)成了人心思進(jin)、團(tuan)結(jie)向上(shang)、開拓(tuo)進(jin)取的(de)好局面(mian)。
第一,設立(li)校(xiao)(xiao)園意見(jian)箱(xiang)。在“三新(xin)”大討論活動進入查擺問(wen)題階段(duan)的當(dang)天,校(xiao)(xiao)長閆(yan)綱紹(shao)就指示辦公室(shi),制作了“意見(jian)箱(xiang)”,隨時(shi)接(jie)受群眾的意見(jian)和建議。在轉(zhuan)段(duan)動員會(hui)上,動員廣(guang)大教(jiao)職(zhi)工對(dui)學校(xiao)(xiao)工作提出意見(jian)和建議,并要求辦公室(shi)對(dui)教(jiao)職(zhi)工提出的意見(jian)和建議進行歸納整理,及時(shi)做出反饋。

第三,開設熱(re)(re)(re)線電(dian)話(hua)。熱(re)(re)(re)線電(dian)話(hua)是(shi)學(xue)校(xiao)聽取意見和建議(yi)的有效途徑之一(yi),校(xiao)領導通過電(dian)話(hua)了解社(she)會各界(jie)對(dui)學(xue)校(xiao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)和教職工(gong)(gong)的評價。開展大討論(lun)活動以來,熱(re)(re)(re)線電(dian)話(hua)的功能進一(yi)步(bu)突出(chu),校(xiao)長辦公(gong)室、書(shu)記辦公(gong)室、校(xiao)辦公(gong)室的電(dian)話(hua)都開辟為熱(re)(re)(re)線電(dian)話(hua),讓學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)家長及(ji)(ji)社(she)會各界(jie)對(dui)學(xue)校(xiao)的教育教學(xue)和管理工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)進行全(quan)面監督。到(dao)新學(xue)期開學(xue)前,熱(re)(re)(re)線電(dian)話(hua)接收(shou)(shou)到(dao)的意見和建議(yi)達(da)20多(duo)條(tiao),反(fan)饋意見十多(duo)條(tiao),內容涉及(ji)(ji)收(shou)(shou)費(fei)、學(xue)校(xiao)管理、學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)教育、教師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)態度及(ji)(ji)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)紀律等(deng)方面。
第四,黨(dang)員干部(bu)(bu)主動(dong)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)。進入(ru)查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)擺問(wen)題(ti)(ti)階(jie)段(duan)后,學校召開了中層以上(shang)干部(bu)(bu)和黨(dang)員參加(jia)的專題(ti)(ti)會議。會上(shang),校長(chang)閆綱(gang)紹要(yao)求(qiu)每一(yi)(yi)(yi)位黨(dang)員干部(bu)(bu)認真查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)擺問(wen)題(ti)(ti),寫出自查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)報(bao)(bao)告(gao)(gao)(gao),處室負責(ze)人(ren)還要(yao)寫出本部(bu)(bu)門的自查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)報(bao)(bao)告(gao)(gao)(gao),要(yao)求(qiu)自查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)報(bao)(bao)告(gao)(gao)(gao)要(yao)找準問(wen)題(ti)(ti)、一(yi)(yi)(yi)針見血、切中要(yao)害,自查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)報(bao)(bao)告(gao)(gao)(gao)由(you)校長(chang)和書記(ji)逐一(yi)(yi)(yi)檢查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha),堅決(jue)避免“一(yi)(yi)(yi)陣風”、“走過場”現象。目前(qian),黨(dang)員干部(bu)(bu)已上(shang)繳(jiao)自查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)報(bao)(bao)告(gao)(gao)(gao)70余份,排查(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)400多項(xiang)。
“查擺找補創”查擺剖析階段工作總結
自9月(yue)12日我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)“查擺(bai)(bai)(bai)找(zhao)補(bu)(bu)創”活(huo)動按時轉入了(le)(le)查擺(bai)(bai)(bai)剖(pou)(pou)析(xi)(xi)階段。目前,我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)“查細節、擺(bai)(bai)(bai)問(wen)題、找(zhao)原(yuan)因(yin)、補(bu)(bu)措施、創實效”活(huo)動(以(yi)下簡稱“剖(pou)(pou)析(xi)(xi)活(huo)動”)查擺(bai)(bai)(bai)剖(pou)(pou)析(xi)(xi)階段已(yi)基(ji)本結束,學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)“查擺(bai)(bai)(bai)找(zhao)補(bu)(bu)創”領導組對征求到的(de)(de)(de)(de)意(yi)(yi)見和(he)(he)建(jian)議進行了(le)(le)梳理,其中涉(she)及(ji)(ji)黨總支方(fang)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)(you)4條,涉(she)及(ji)(ji)教學(xue)和(he)(he)政(zheng)教方(fang)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)各(ge)有(you)(you)(you)6條,涉(she)及(ji)(ji)后(hou)勤管(guan)理和(he)(he)保衛方(fang)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)(you)5條,涉(she)及(ji)(ji)辦公(gong)室(shi)和(he)(he)工(gong)會方(fang)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)各(ge)有(you)(you)(you)1條。發放了(le)(le)100份“查擺(bai)(bai)(bai)找(zhao)補(bu)(bu)創”測評表,收回93份,對學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)各(ge)項工(gong)作滿意(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)(you)82人(ren),占(zhan)有(you)(you)(you)效測評人(ren)數的(de)(de)(de)(de)88%,較滿意(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)(you)11人(ren),占(zhan)有(you)(you)(you)效測評人(ren)數的(de)(de)(de)(de)12%,不滿意(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)零人(ren)。根據區、市“查擺(bai)(bai)(bai)找(zhao)補(bu)(bu)創”活(huo)動辦公(gong)室(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)統(tong)一要求,現將我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)查擺(bai)(bai)(bai)剖(pou)(pou)析(xi)(xi)階段的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作小結如(ru)下。
一(yi)、認真開展教師談(tan)心活動(dong),扎(zha)實抓好師德師風建設
本(ben)(ben)階段的(de)(de)(de)剖析活(huo)動主要(yao)(yao)從開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)談心(xin)(xin)活(huo)動,從師(shi)(shi)德(de)師(shi)(shi)風,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學態度、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學內容(rong)組織、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學方法設計、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學基(ji)本(ben)(ben)技能、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學重點、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學效果、作業(ye)布置與批改及(ji)課(ke)外輔(fu)導等方面進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)談心(xin)(xin)。學校(xiao)(xiao)黨總支張文(wen)寶書記和李存銀校(xiao)(xiao)長分(fen)別找(zhao)了我校(xiao)(xiao)三個年(nian)級(ji)兩個級(ji)部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)近100名教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)談心(xin)(xin)。一是教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學工作明確職責,責任(ren)到(dao)人。二(er)是活(huo)動主要(yao)(yao)圍(wei)繞怎樣(yang)當好(hao)一名新世紀的(de)(de)(de)好(hao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)談心(xin)(xin)討論活(huo)動;三是開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)找(zhao)差距,講發(fa)(fa)展(zhan),開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)發(fa)(fa)現與自(zi)我發(fa)(fa)現的(de)(de)(de)討論;四是要(yao)(yao)進(jin)(jin)一步(bu)完善談心(xin)(xin)制(zhi)度,領導與教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi),教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)與教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)談心(xin)(xin)制(zhi)度要(yao)(yao)成常規,征求教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)意見;五是要(yao)(yao)加(jia)強教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)為“十不(bu)準”規范的(de)(de)(de)落實,要(yao)(yao)切實抓(zhua)到(dao)位(wei)。五是健全(quan)制(zhi)度,科學量化。通過(guo)這次真誠(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)談心(xin)(xin),學校(xiao)(xiao)進(jin)(jin)一步(bu)完善了師(shi)(shi)德(de)建設評估體(ti)(ti)系,充分(fen)體(ti)(ti)現“以人為本(ben)(ben)”的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育思想,同時我校(xiao)(xiao)將繼續開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)師(shi)(shi)德(de)師(shi)(shi)風創(chuang)優剖析談心(xin)(xin)活(huo)動。
二、找學(xue)生座談(tan),加(jia)強未成年人(ren)思想道德教育,了解師(shi)德師(shi)風
我(wo)校“查擺找補創(chuang)”領導(dao)組(zu)針對(dui)于未成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)年(nian)人思想(xiang)道德(de)教育問題(ti)方面,分別(bie)對(dui)三個(ge)(ge)年(nian)級兩個(ge)(ge)級部近500名的(de)學生(sheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行座談(tan)。進(jin)(jin)(jin)一步(bu)加強(qiang)和(he)(he)改進(jin)(jin)(jin)未成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)年(nian)人思想(xiang)道德(de)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),是黨(dang)(dang)(dang)中央從推(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)新世(shi)紀(ji)新階段(duan)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)和(he)(he)國家(jia)事(shi)業發展、實現(xian)(xian)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)和(he)(he)國家(jia)長治久安(an)出(chu)發做出(chu)的(de)一項重(zhong)大(da)決策。“全面推(tui)進(jin)(jin)(jin)未成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)年(nian)人思想(xiang)道德(de)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),需要人人關心,社(she)(she)會各方面參與(yu)。愛國家(jia)、愛人民(min),立(li)志成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為有(you)理(li)想(xiang)、有(you)道德(de)、有(you)文化、有(you)紀(ji)律,德(de)、智(zhi)、體、美全面發展的(de)中國特色社(she)(she)會主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)事(shi)業建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)者(zhe)和(he)(he)接(jie)班人,為中華民(min)族(zu)的(de)富(fu)強(qiang)、民(min)主(zhu)(zhu)和(he)(he)文明,艱(jian)苦創(chuang)業,奮斗終生(sheng)!”是這(zhe)次座談(tan)的(de)主(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)。用優良革命傳(chuan)統和(he)(he)現(xian)(xian)代建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)就對(dui)未成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)年(nian)人進(jin)(jin)(jin)行愛國主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)、社(she)(she)會主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)和(he)(he)理(li)想(xiang)信念(nian)教育,環境熏(xun)陶培養情操,使他們增(zeng)強(qiang)民(min)族(zu)自豪感和(he)(he)責(ze)任感,自覺樹(shu)立(li)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)社(she)(she)會主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)現(xian)(xian)代化強(qiang)國、實現(xian)(xian)中華民(min)族(zu)全面振興的(de)遠大(da)理(li)想(xiang),肩負(fu)起(qi)祖國和(he)(he)人民(min)賦予的(de)歷史使命。
同時,座談活動主(zhu)要從師(shi)德師(shi)風,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)態度、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)內(nei)容(rong)組織、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)方法設計、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)基(ji)本技能(neng)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)重點、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)效果、作業布置與批改及課外輔導等方面(mian)(mian)進行(xing)評議和(he)反饋。為了(le)(le)充分了(le)(le)解(jie)開學(xue)(xue)以(yi)來(lai)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)改革情況,了(le)(le)解(jie)同學(xue)(xue)們對教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)管(guan)理及學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)生(sheng)活方面(mian)(mian)的(de)意見和(he)建(jian)議,增進師(shi)生(sheng)間的(de)溝(gou)通(tong)協(xie)調。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)務處(chu)于9月18日下午在階梯(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)室召開了(le)(le)師(shi)生(sheng)座談會。張文寶書記、李存(cun)銀校長(chang)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)務處(chu)王昌華主(zhu)任(ren)分別與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)代表們進行(xing)了(le)(le)面(mian)(mian)對面(mian)(mian)的(de)傾心(xin)交流。
高校教師對學校教學工作滿意率調查探討
摘(zhai)要:為進一步(bu)了解教(jiao)(jiao)師對高校教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)工(gong)作的開展(zhan)情(qing)況(kuang)、教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)規(gui)章制度的執(zhi)行情(qing)況(kuang)以(yi)及教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)設(she)施的完(wan)備情(qing)況(kuang)的意見(jian)和建議,我們研(yan)究并(bing)設(she)計了包含13個調(diao)查(cha)項目的“教(jiao)(jiao)師對學(xue)校教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)工(gong)作滿(man)意率調(diao)查(cha)問卷(juan)”,我們以(yi)吉林(lin)工(gong)商學(xue)院為例,在某(mou)一個學(xue)期在全(quan)校范圍內開展(zhan)了問卷(juan)調(diao)查(cha)工(gong)作,并(bing)對調(diao)查(cha)結果進行了分(fen)析和總結。

為了完善(shan)高(gao)校教(jiao)學質量保障體(ti)系,大力提(ti)高(gao)高(gao)校人才培養(yang)質量,及時發現和總結(jie)學校教(jiao)學工作硬件和軟(ruan)件設施(shi)上(shang)存在的問題,我們針對教(jiao)師設計了一項滿(man)意率調查問卷(juan),從教(jiao)師的角度(du)了解學校教(jiao)學工作各(ge)方面的具體(ti)情況(kuang),并結(jie)合(he)問卷(juan)調查分析報告(gao)的結(jie)論,快速制定并實施(shi)科學有效(xiao)的整(zheng)改(gai)措施(shi),進(jin)而促進(jin)高(gao)校教(jiao)學質量的全面提(ti)高(gao)。
一、對象與方法
本項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)調(diao)(diao)查問(wen)(wen)卷(juan)(juan)以(yi)吉林工(gong)商學(xue)院所有在職教(jiao)(jiao)師為對象。由各院教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)秘書(shu)統一領取和發放調(diao)(diao)查問(wen)(wen)卷(juan)(juan),問(wen)(wen)卷(juan)(juan)以(yi)不記名形式獨(du)立填寫(xie)。調(diao)(diao)查表包括13個(ge)調(diao)(diao)查項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目,評價結果(guo)分(fen)為滿(man)意(yi)、基本滿(man)意(yi)、不滿(man)意(yi)三項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。各院教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)秘書(shu)將(jiang)本院的(de)調(diao)(diao)查數(shu)據匯(hui)總后上交給(gei)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質量管理(li)中心,由中心工(gong)作人(ren)員將(jiang)全(quan)院的(de)調(diao)(diao)查結果(guo)進行(xing)統一分(fen)析匯(hui)總并提出(chu)有效的(de)整(zheng)改意(yi)見。
