an)相(xiang)互交(jiao)叉時(shi),為(wei)(wei)防(fang)(fang)止電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)被碰到(dao)(dao),門內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)每根電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)都應(ying)(ying)套上塑(su)料軟管(guan)或(huo)其(qi)它絕緣套,并固定(ding)防(fang)(fang)水(shui)套。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)穿(chuan)(chuan)墻(qiang)(qiang)應(ying)(ying)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)瓷(ci)管(guan),對于瓷(ci)管(guan)兩側的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)組出線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),其(qi)伸(shen)出的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)墻(qiang)(qiang)體(ti)不(bu)應(ying)(ying)小于10mm,以免(mian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)與(yu)墻(qiang)(qiang)體(ti)接(jie)(jie)觸,避(bi)免(mian)墻(qiang)(qiang)體(ti)潮濕寒冷(leng)時(shi)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)穿(chuan)(chuan)過(guo)地板(ban)時(shi),應(ying)(ying)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)無縫(feng)鋼管(guan)或(huo)塑(su)料軟管(guan),管(guan)道(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)尺寸必(bi)須符(fu)合標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)要(yao)(yao)求,即(ji)從地板(ban)上2m的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高度(du)到(dao)(dao)地板(ban)下的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)出入(ru)口(kou)。(3)穿(chuan)(chuan)墻(qiang)(qiang)或(huo)吊(diao)頂(ding)敷(fu)設(she)(she)(she)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)與(yu)建筑(zhu)(zhu)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)距(ju)離大于10mm。在(zai)(zai)(zai)有變形縫(feng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)地方(fang),線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)材應(ying)(ying)稍微松散,用(yong)無縫(feng)鋼管(guan)布(bu)(bu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),應(ying)(ying)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)補償箱(xiang)以整合建筑(zhu)(zhu)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)伸(shen)縮式(shi)。一般情(qing)況下,必(bi)須按照(zhao)建筑(zhu)(zhu)圖集和(he)(he)(he)安(an)全(quan)操作(zuo)規(gui)程(cheng)進行(xing)(xing)有效安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),提醒(xing)操作(zuo)人員注(zhu)意(yi)(yi)(yi)土木、水(shui)暖、衛生、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)和(he)(he)(he)技(ji)術工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)中(zhong)性線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)相(xiang)互配(pei)合,并在(zai)(zai)(zai)安(an)全(quan)檢查(cha)中(zhong)貫徹(che)落實(shi)。發現(xian)問題(ti)立即(ji)整改,如檢查(cha)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)開(kai)關和(he)(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)插座的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)高度(du),彎頭(tou)是否(fou)合適(shi),管(guan)盒(he)是否(fou)固定(ding),管(guan)子壓(ya)接(jie)(jie)、接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)焊是否(fou)牢固可靠。此外,對線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)防(fang)(fang)腐、防(fang)(fang)水(shui)、防(fang)(fang)銹處(chu)理(li)、隔(ge)熱和(he)(he)(he)保(bao)護接(jie)(jie)地等五項(xiang)預(yu)防(fang)(fang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)檢查(cha),在(zai)(zai)(zai)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)需要(yao)(yao)嚴格(ge)注(zhu)意(yi)(yi)(yi)。
4.3施工(gong)(gong)檢驗(yan)及竣工(gong)(gong)驗(yan)收的質量(liang)管(guan)控措施
電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)設備(bei)(bei)(bei)必須(xu)先(xian)在(zai)(zai)空載下(xia)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)和(he)調(diao)整,然(ran)后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)在(zai)(zai)負載下(xia)組(zu)裝(zhuang)和(he)調(diao)整。先(xian)將熱繼電(dian)(dian)器等可調(diao)元件(jian)(jian)調(diao)整到規(gui)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設計值,然(ran)后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)再按規(gui)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)動(dong)作時間調(diao)整運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing),檢(jian)查機(ji)(ji)械(xie)設備(bei)(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)可靠性,維(wei)(wei)護和(he)檢(jian)查軟(ruan)件(jian)(jian)性能測試(shi)(shi)元件(jian)(jian),例(li)如照明夾具、驅動(dong)試(shi)(shi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)、轎(jiao)廂試(shi)(shi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)和(he)綜合布(bu)線(xian)系統。同時,必須(xu)確(que)保(bao)安(an)全(quan)問題。為了更(geng)好地(di)(di)保(bao)證操作人員的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生命安(an)全(quan),必須(xu)安(an)全(quan)地(di)(di)使(shi)用機(ji)(ji)械(xie)設備(bei)(bei)(bei),并進行(xing)(xing)規(gui)范的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)調(diao)整,由(you)于電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)設備(bei)(bei)(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)調(diao)整工(gong)作大(da)多選(xuan)擇在(zai)(zai)不直接影響(xiang)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)設備(bei)(bei)(bei)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)通電(dian)(dian)情(qing)況下(xia)操作,因(yin)此需(xu)(xu)要(yao)提(ti)前(qian)做好準備(bei)(bei)(bei)工(gong)作,避免(mian)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)。在(zai)(zai)完(wan)成(cheng)所(suo)有(you)操作之前(qian),必須(xu)對(dui)絕緣層(ceng)和(he)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)設備(bei)(bei)(bei)進行(xing)(xing)維(wei)(wei)護,以(yi)提(ti)高安(an)全(quan)系數,不得單(dan)獨工(gong)作,必須(xu)與其(qi)他員工(gong)一(yi)起工(gong)作,以(yi)確(que)保(bao)生命安(an)全(quan)。加強(qiang)關鍵部位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)質量(liang)檢(jian)查,不是(shi)簡單(dan)地(di)(di)檢(jian)查對(dui)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)行(xing)(xing)業有(you)直接影響(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)設備(bei)(bei)(bei),而是(shi)對(dui)施工(gong)過程中(zhong)(zhong)容易(yi)被忽視的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)所(suo)有(you)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)安(an)裝(zhuang)項目(mu)進行(xing)(xing)重(zhong)點檢(jian)查,一(yi)般(ban)來說,該區域(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)質量(liang)直接影響(xiang)到所(suo)有(you)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)安(an)裝(zhuang)工(gong)程的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)質量(liang)和(he)施工(gong)隊伍的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生命安(an)全(quan)。在(zai)(zai)關鍵位(wei)置的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)質量(liang)檢(jian)驗工(gong)作中(zhong)(zhong),主要(yao)部分是(shi)基礎工(gong)程施工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)預(yu)埋件(jian)(jian),如裝(zhuang)修工(gong)作之前(qian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)預(yu)埋墻套(tao)管、主體(ti)結構的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)預(yu)埋管,電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)燈具安(an)裝(zhuang)之后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou),必須(xu)要(yao)通過實驗查看電(dian)(dian)路當(dang)中(zhong)(zhong)是(shi)否存在(zai)(zai)問題[4]。在(zai)(zai)抹(mo)灰工(gong)作之后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)需(xu)(xu)要(yao)對(dui)配線(xian)穿越(yue)過程當(dang)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)接地(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)阻大(da)小來進行(xing)(xing)確(que)認,同時還需(xu)(xu)要(yao)在(zai)(zai)工(gong)程完(wan)成(cheng)之后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)對(dui)整個外觀來進行(xing)(xing)檢(jian)查,以(yi)此來查看資(zi)料(liao)是(shi)否完(wan)整和(he)有(you)效。
5結語
電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)安裝(zhuang)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)圍繞工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建設(she)項目的(de)(de)建設(she)展(zhan)開,在建設(she)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong),電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)安裝(zhuang)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)具有非常關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)作用,同時也是一個關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)階段(duan)。因此(ci),作為電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)安裝(zhuang)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施工(gong)的(de)(de)專(zhuan)業(ye)技(ji)術(shu)人員,一定要(yao)嚴把質(zhi)量(liang)關(guan),在工(gong)作中(zhong)不(bu)(bu)斷地認識(shi)和提高自己;同時,也需要(yao)對電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)安裝(zhuang)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建設(she)的(de)(de)必要(yao)性給予較高的(de)(de)重視,使得(de)產品(pin)質(zhi)量(liang)問題在最初就得(de)以(yi)解決,只有這樣,才(cai)能保證電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)安裝(zhuang)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)施工(gong)質(zhi)量(liang),才(cai)不(bu)(bu)會(hui)影響人們的(de)(de)正常生活。
