本文將以某航空制造生產(chan)廠建設為背景(jing),對智(zhi)能(neng)制(zhi)造在智(zhi)能(neng)制(zhi)造設計與應(ying)用進(jin)行詳(xiang)細闡(chan)述(shu)。

1智能制造系統架構

智能制(zhi)(zhi)造的應(ying)(ying)用(yong)主要(yao)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)再裝配(pei)自動化的生產,網絡信(xin)息(xi)化的實(shi)時(shi)監控、決策(ce)以及管(guan)理,物流自動化的物料以及產品的轉運工作,并且通過數(shu)字孿生技術將智能制(zhi)(zhi)造應(ying)(ying)用(yong)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)智能化的仿真作業(ye),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)精益智慧制(zhi)(zhi)造。圖1為智能制(zhi)(zhi)造架構。

4數字孿生系統

通(tong)過(guo)數字(zi)化(hua)產(chan)(chan)線的(de)(de)標準能力(li)模(mo)型(xing)定(ding)義(yi)和(he)產(chan)(chan)品工(gong)藝(yi)要(yao)求,可(ke)以(yi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)工(gong)位之間的(de)(de)平衡計(ji)算。基(ji)于工(gong)廠模(mo)型(xing)和(he)產(chan)(chan)品模(mo)型(xing)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)仿真的(de)(de)方(fang)案(an),通(tong)過(guo)工(gong)程(cheng)師設計(ji)的(de)(de)靜態的(de)(de)三維(wei)模(mo)型(xing),根據(ju)(ju)理論(lun)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)工(gong)藝(yi)以(yi)及節拍(pai)時(shi)(shi)間進(jin)(jin)行(xing)自(zi)動仿真的(de)(de)設計(ji)分析(xi),在(zai)和(he)產(chan)(chan)品的(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)中的(de)(de)信息(xi)是脫(tuo)節的(de)(de)。為(wei)(wei)了能夠反映出(chu)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)中的(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)狀態,及我們認為(wei)(wei)在(zai)第二期需要(yao)實(shi)現,即(ji)關鍵指標監(jian)控和(he)過(guo)程(cheng)能力(li)評估。具體說明如下:通(tong)過(guo)采集生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)各(ge)個站位上(shang)(shang)設備(bei)的(de)(de)實(shi)時(shi)(shi)監(jian)控信息(xi),實(shi)現實(shi)時(shi)(shi)可(ke)視化(hua)的(de)(de)全(quan)程(cheng)監(jian)控模(mo)式,一(yi)旦設備(bei)存(cun)在(zai)任何的(de)(de)故(gu)障(zhang)信息(xi),可(ke)通(tong)過(guo)數字(zi)孿生(sheng)實(shi)時(shi)(shi)查(cha)看故(gu)障(zhang)信息(xi),人工(gong)可(ke)根據(ju)(ju)報警信息(xi)快速做出(chu)故(gu)障(zhang)判(pan)斷,同時(shi)(shi)可(ke)實(shi)時(shi)(shi)監(jian)控整(zheng)體設備(bei)上(shang)(shang)實(shi)時(shi)(shi)節拍(pai),實(shi)現穩定(ding)并(bing)不斷優(you)化(hua)的(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)管理能力(li)提(ti)升。

5AGV智能物流系統

隨(sui)著人力成本費(fei)用(yong)(yong)的不斷提高(gao),使用(yong)(yong)大量(liang)勞動力的傳統制(zhi)造(zao)業(ye),面臨的壓(ya)力越來越大。在這(zhe)背景下(xia)智能工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)逐漸成為(wei)制(zhi)造(zao)業(ye)轉(zhuan)型的方向,機(ji)器人組成的智能工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)可大幅減少生產線(xian)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)干預,提高(gao)生產效率。在智能工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)企業(ye)生產流程中(zhong),AGV智能物流配送系統打通了原材料(liao)中(zhong)倉庫與生產線(xian)、各(ge)個(ge)產線(xian)之間以及線(xian)尾(wei)至(zhi)成品倉等(deng)環(huan)節,在智能工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)起到至(zhi)關重要(yao)的作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)。

6結語

構建智能制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)工廠既降低(di)了生(sheng)產(chan)成(cheng)本,又(you)提升生(sheng)產(chan)效率(lv),同(tong)時也規避人員傳統操作引發的安(an)全隱患。通(tong)過對(dui)生(sheng)產(chan)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)過程(cheng)各環節的全面數據采集和分析,企業可(ke)以(yi)發現(xian)生(sheng)產(chan)瓶(ping)頸(jing)和產(chan)品缺陷等(deng)問題,提高(gao)生(sheng)產(chan)效率(lv)和產(chan)品質量。
