建筑施工中幕墻工程節能技術探討

在建筑(zhu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中,節能(neng)(neng)環(huan)保(bao)技(ji)術的應(ying)用(yong)可以降(jiang)低溫室氣體的排放。幕墻(qiang)最初作為一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)帶有(you)裝飾效(xiao)果的外墻(qiang)圍護(hu),雖(sui)然不承重,但(dan)隨著新時(shi)代節能(neng)(neng)環(huan)保(bao)意識的增強,研究幕墻(qiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程節能(neng)(neng)技(ji)術大(da)有(you)可為。幕墻(qiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程節能(neng)(neng)技(ji)術越(yue)來越(yue)被人們重視,并且(qie)已經(jing)成(cheng)為建筑(zhu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中的關鍵環(huan)節之一(yi)(yi)。在當今節能(neng)(neng)減排理(li)念普及(ji)的時(shi)代,節能(neng)(neng)技(ji)術的應(ying)用(yong)關系著高層建筑(zhu)的發展(zhan)。

一、幕墻工(gong)程(cheng)節能技術的意(yi)義

據相關(guan)資料介紹(見圖1),建筑(zhu)耗能(neng)(neng)達25%之(zhi)多,且隨著社會發展更有增長之(zhi)勢。幕(mu)墻(qiang)建筑(zhu)物是(shi)熱交換最活躍的部分,在(zai)此過(guo)程中熱損失與傳統墻(qiang)體相比(bi)至(zhi)少要高出5到6倍,大(da)概(gai)在(zai)整個(ge)建筑(zhu)能(neng)(neng)耗過(guo)程中占(zhan)40%左右(you)。幕(mu)墻(qiang)作為(wei)一(yi)項新技術(shu),若能(neng)(neng)順應(ying)節能(neng)(neng)潮(chao)流,應(ying)用節能(neng)(neng)技術(shu)達到碳(tan)減排,必(bi)能(neng)(neng)使幕(mu)墻(qiang)技術(shu)得到長足發展。圖1全國建筑(zhu)全過(guo)程能(neng)(neng)耗變(bian)動趨勢(2005—2018年)

二(er)、幕(mu)墻建筑設計中存在的問題

(一)節能(neng)理念欠缺

我(wo)國提出(chu)節能(neng)環保(bao)的(de)發展理(li)念(nian)僅有數年,在(zai)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工中沒(mei)能(neng)足夠重視幕(mu)墻(qiang)節能(neng)技(ji)術。從(cong)現在(zai)的(de)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)工程(cheng)來看,建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)主(zhu)體(ti)的(de)設(she)(she)(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)放在(zai)首位(wei),忽(hu)視幕(mu)墻(qiang)設(she)(she)(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)重要性的(de)問題時有發生,很多(duo)時候都(dou)是(shi)在(zai)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)主(zhu)體(ti)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工后才會想到幕(mu)墻(qiang)的(de)設(she)(she)(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)。(二)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)主(zhu)體(ti)與幕(mu)墻(qiang)不統(tong)一幕(mu)墻(qiang)雖(sui)然是(shi)圍護(hu)結(jie)構,但(dan)(dan)不完(wan)全獨立(li)于建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)之(zhi)外,所(suo)以(yi)脫離主(zhu)體(ti)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)進行幕(mu)墻(qiang)節能(neng)設(she)(she)(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)是(shi)不適合的(de)。但(dan)(dan)在(zai)實(shi)際的(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工過程(cheng)中,幕(mu)墻(qiang)設(she)(she)(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)與主(zhu)體(ti)設(she)(she)(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)交由(you)兩(liang)個單位(wei)負(fu)責,而這兩(liang)個單位(wei)沒(mei)有聯(lian)系(xi),這就導致幕(mu)墻(qiang)設(she)(she)(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)人員設(she)(she)(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)出(chu)的(de)方案可能(neng)不適用于當前的(de)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)物。其原因(yin):一方面(mian)(mian),幕(mu)墻(qiang)設(she)(she)(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)沒(mei)有與建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)主(zhu)體(ti)同(tong)時進行,難(nan)免會出(chu)現不匹配(pei)的(de)情況(kuang);另一方面(mian)(mian),各設(she)(she)(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)部(bu)門(men)與施(shi)(shi)(shi)工部(bu)門(men)缺(que)乏技(ji)術交流,節能(neng)技(ji)術的(de)準(zhun)確(que)實(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)難(nan)以(yi)實(shi)現。
