(1)教學(xue)條件有(you)待完善。主(zhu)要表現(xian)在幾個方面:首先畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)設(she)計指導教師(shi)的(de)指導時(shi)間投入(ru)不足,主(zhu)要是由于(yu)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)設(she)計時(shi)間過于(yu)集中(zhong),而學(xue)校(xiao)的(de)師(shi)資力量(liang)有(you)限,影響了畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)設(she)計的(de)質量(liang)。此外(wai),學(xue)校(xiao)對畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)設(she)計重(zhong)(zhong)視(shi)程度仍然有(you)待提高;其次(ci),部分(fen)教師(shi)本身缺乏一定(ding)的(de)工程經驗,因此很難解決畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)設(she)計中(zhong)出現(xian)的(de)問題(ti),這也影響了畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)設(she)計的(de)質量(liang);最后,學(xue)校(xiao)在教學(xue)設(she)備及(ji)教學(xue)經費(fei)上(shang)的(de)投入(ru)非常有(you)限,嚴重(zhong)(zhong)影響了畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)設(she)計的(de)質量(liang)。實(shi)(shi)驗設(she)備及(ji)經費(fei)的(de)缺乏造(zao)成(cheng)很多實(shi)(shi)驗項目及(ji)調研考察無法(fa)開展,畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)設(she)計只能避實(shi)(shi)就虛,影響了學(xue)生的(de)積(ji)極(ji)性。
